My dad is driving me crazy.. technically speaking I'm a perfect mommy, I keep Chloe warm and happy and fed and clean.. change her diapers enough, etc etc.. but my dad keeps telling me that because I'm 18 and the brain doesn't develop all the way till 25, every little parenting decision i make is wrong.. Like I don't allow Chloe to carry her clothes around the house.. it make a big mess and it's a bad habit i have to deal with everyday.. SOOO when my dad and paternal gma were over I took the clothes away from herand ofcourse she cried but she got over it...My dad and grandma said how horrible I was for doing that and blah blah blah.. and also other little pathetic things like that...

RANTTT!! Sorry.

And men mature at a much slower rate.

Tell him to stop acting like a temperamental teenage boy because you aren't doing what HE wants you to do with YOUR child.

I think for the most part, he probably still sees you as his baby, and its weird to him that youre in charge of another baby....... sometime when youre not ready to tear his throat out for it (Because its definitely irritating), just say to him that you appreciate his caring about your daughter, and you love that so many people love her, but she is your child and you would like the ability to raise her yourself..... yadda yadda. you know? he seriously needs to back off...
