Thats the thing about depression that sucks...when you KNOW in your head that your life is not that bad, but still feel so down about everything anyway and there's nothing you can do to make yourself feel better...Maybe your meds need to be adjusted? I'm sorry momma. I'm prone to depression myself (crossing my fingers the big bad PPD doesn't hit me too hard). I hope you feel better!
