Yes he could, but if he is a total twat, like he sounds, then he won't because then if he proves that he is the father then he will then have to pay child support. But please momma, do not let him hit you. Call the police on him! If you do not, then if he does try to get custody the courts will look at you like you are dumb for not trying to protect your self. That is not true.

You are correct. At any time, a paternity test can be ordered and he could be held responsible for child support.

He can demand a paternity test at any time after the child is born.

It will be inevitable that you would have to give him some access time, but by requesting supervised access you can control when he has her and who is there with them. That's why it's key that you get in to court first.

If he goes against any of the items set out in the custody agreement, you can bring him to court and have him held in contempt. Depending on how severe the infraction is, he can either have to pay a fine or serve jail time.
