If he refuses most meats or most other foods in general you could try giving him children's vitamins. Most of them taste pretty good so he should eat it for you. That way you don't have to try to force him to eat something he doesn't want but you don't have to worry he might be lacking something either.

Did you know at that age, if they're hungry, they will actually eat anything and they can't distingish what foods and flavors really are.

yeah, thats what i'm worried about. i don't want an anorexic brother at the age of 15. i don't want it at all. he loves taking those bubble gum vitamins.

I survived on peanut butter and jelly for the first several years of my life because I was so picky. Kids grow out of it. I wouldn't worry too much.

Give him a multivitamin daily and just offer new things, if he takes them great. If not, it's not that big of a deal.

Hopefully he will grow out of it way before then, just make sure he gets his daily vitamin. Also, maybe try making the food look cool or eat some and make it sound SOOOOO good so he will want some? He might not fall for it, but if it works to get him to even try something new he might decide he likes it. To get my nephew to eat stuff we tell him Iron Man would eat it and that it will make him big and strong.
