yeah the lactation nurse @ the hospital said it could take up to 7 days so hopefully anyday now. she's an agressive feeder so i'm sure she'll be happy once she's getting more out of the boob!

I had my daughter on Thursday afternoon. My milk came in overnight from Monday to Tuesday. A very long, stressful time because my daughter had jaundice and needed to be supplemented and on the biliblanket at home.

Good luck.

I hope so! he'll be 9 weeks on tuesday and i still get engorged daily (and nightly   ). He still cluster feeds for a decent portion of every day and i have a foremilk imbalance. It looks like we're making a little progress with that though.

Mine was really evening out around 3 or 4 months, I think. Do you feed on demand?

Ok, cos i kept being told by 4-6 weeks and4 weeks passed, then 6 and still no improvement. I do feed on demand, which feels pretty much constant! Although today is the first day he's been feeding less, but then he was up every 2 hours last night. He just loves the booby lol

I've been trying to do 2 feeds to each side the last couple of days and he seems to be getting more hindmilk now. I hope it settles soon
