Why the hell was no one watching that child?! My 12 year old doesn't even get that far away without me noticing.

I know....I see dumb parents do stuff like that all the time....
I seen a baby..had to be like 2 months at the most, fall out of a shopping cart while the parents were shopping an aisle down.....I woulda went over to pick her up, cause the parents didn even know at first, but I didnt....just cause its not my baby.....
kinda like if a women forgot her purse in a cart, i would never touch it for the simple fact she might say i stole from her

They were pushing each other and I almost cringed thinking if they fell out on the concrete parking lot.
