ladies with c-sections..

ive heard a lot of ladies with c-sections say they have a flap, i dont have one so im curious, for those of you with the flap, did you get staples? im asking because i didnt and dont have a flap. im curious to see if there's a correlation between the two. thanks ladies!

I didnt have staples and I still had a pouch before I got pregnant again

i have a baby flap .. i didnt get staples .. but i did get massively huge while i was preggo

I have a little tiny flap, but I'm only 3 weeks PP  And I had Steri Strips not staples.

I don't have a flap and I had dissolvable stitches. I'm 12 months pp and my scar is almost gone. You can only see it on the right side and that's the side that the doctor was standing on and it also got a little infected on that side. The rest of it is flat.

I've have a littleflap lolbut this is my 2nd c-section didn't have flap thou with my first.

I had staples with my first and absorbable sutures with my 2nd. I had a flap with both c sections.

if it werent for my extra skin i would have no flap... but its way too high up for my c-section and and i did have staples/


i got freaking huge so the skin was fully expected

I didn't have a flap but it was down really low too idk if that makes a difference. This last one sucked though cuz it was vertical so I have canyon lol...I would rather a flap!!

i dont have a flap and i got stitches.

see i got dissolvable stitches and it was really low, my doctor said something about a technique so it would go back to normal.

IMO it's more of a weight thing. Like I never had a dlap til I had the twins. Then they cut all those muscles plus all the weight I gained now I have a flap that seems like it will never go away no matter how much weight I was losing....and the more weight I lost the bigger canyon I had
