it just seems that all the talking doesnt help...it helps but then moments come that it is still 2 much to handle...

How long has it been since you stopped your meds.
I know personally when I stopped mines I felt worse off the first couple of days, but it will be ok, what's bothering you?

its been... more than 2 months.
bothering... hurting would be a better word.
i just cant belive...one year ago i was full of dreams, pregnant and excited...
and now im like without everything.

I can't even imagine what you could be feeling. I won't even pretend to.Everything gets turned upside down and shitty every now and then but you have to be string and believe that for some reason you will be ok. You can text me if you want my number. I've been depressed since I was young and been on and off meds so I can relate. If you want to talk just say the word.

where will the light be? my girls will never come back.
i hated them from the begining i just felt like im druged up...and i just didnt feel like me..

Sometimes you are going to have good and bad days. Shit I've had the worst of days even when I thought I was ok. I don't know what keeps me going but i do.

you will have days like this. I wish I could tell you that they won't come but they will. I still have days like this and it's been two years. You just have to find a way to get through it. Talking helps. I like to look at his pictures and listen to his song. It makes me cry but once I am done I usually feel a little better. You can talk to me if you need to talk. I'm a pretty good listener and I wouldn't ever judge you.
