The make them because people buy them not knowing they are not safe. It is also a great item for the stroller or if you are walking around out side and are using the car seat just not while you in the car.

I was going to say, I will mostly be using my carseat as part of a stroller, seeing as we don't even own a car lol...so in my case it makes sense to have.

I have a car and my mom has a car so this would be useless to me however i did get alot at my baby shower i ended up with 2 bouncie seat i returted one for tummy time lol
