So towards the end of my pregnancy i really wanted sugar/sweets..and right after i had my baby i only wanted healthy food! and good natural sugars(lots of fruit) but now iv gone back to my sugar cravings all i want is sweet stuff...and its NOT that im hungry because i realized last night i was like..oo i want more peanut butter cups and then i thought no ashley if ur still hungry have seconds of dinner, plus it will keep u fuller longer....and i realized through that -i wasnt really HUNGRY..just addicted to sweets.. I am nursing so i shouldnt take too much drugs/vitamins/supplementsfor sugar cravings anyone else have this issue and deal with it?.. i really would prob loose alot more weight(still trying to get down to pre pregnancy weight)if i just STOPPED with all the sugar and fats!

maybe just try to not keep the bad sugar in the house?? If it's not there then you can't eat it!! I'm with you though. I am addicted myself!!

true, but i find alot of the bad stuff i eat.. i PURPOSELY make myself(cookies,etc).. and i wouldnt go with just not keeping regular sugar in the house.

I've been on a low-carb diet since I had my son 3 months ago. I've got my pre-pregnancy body back and lost additional weight. It works!
Whenever I have a sugar craving i eat these low-carb meal bars (pretty much taste like candy).. its taken a lot of self-discipline- but very worth it!
