I have it, and I like it! It's a great workout.
I only ever did the beginner's workout, it'll still kick your butt! I did the intermediate once, but I liked the moves better on the beginner. I didn't do 30 days I just did it intermittently on days I didn't go to "le gym de my IL's basement".. heh. For my cardio (I was doing SparkPeople).
