does my baby have a cold?

my son is 9 months old.. I have went to his doctors office twice and they are giving me the run around.. my babys sounds congested and he keeps coughing and projectile vomiting.. one doctor says its just a stomach flu the other doctor says its reflux but how can my baby get reflux now i have never changed his formula he is on the same formula like always same baby food like always.. nothing has changed.. he use to sleep from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m. now he is waking up every hr screaming.. and he is more fussy than usual.. i have given him pidyalite and he did not throw up on that but he keeps throwing up on formula and has a coughing snezzing you can here when he coughs the congestion in his throat!! and he has green bloody snot coming out of his nose!!! what is it please help cause all i am getting is the run around!!

I would go to the ER For another opinion! It may be serious!!

sounds like a cold give him mucunex (sp?) and get a some of that stuff you put up his nose but for kids so he can sneeze all the stuff out also if you have a humifer he will sleep better at him, i have a vapor rub one. One more thing you can put vapor rub on his feet at night and put socks over it and he will sleep great My daughter is sick right now too like that just no vomitting tho
