Moving to another state

I am planning on moving back home to Florida I have lived in Michigan for 3 yrs and its just not home to me anyways I was wondering what I have to do to transfer my medicaid and wic to Florida?

I'm pretty sure you'll have to reapply for WIC, it wont transfer. Not sure about medicaid.

You have to apply for it there, I believe. I think you can only transfer it to different counties in your state, not across state lines.

it cancels itself out when you reapply for medicaid in another county,state,whatever
