Lol didnt they give u the thing that tells u it is ur weight not ur hight my mom had a slider thiingie that they gave her.

they should tell you

I dont go to the meetings cause i dont have the money for it but i do have the book that shows all the foods and how many points they are....thats why i just need to know how many points i need....my goal is to lose 35 lbs
