Did your dr tell you take extra? My ob told me to stop takin it and just take the prenatals.

I would just do 1 a day. My prenatals had 800mcg in them and I took them once a day.

Uhmm I am doing this myself lol
I was told on here its best to take prenatals and folic acid...
and SO got me Folic Acid on the way home today cuz also my MIL mentioned it to him LOL...weird huh?!
