What to wear...?

What did you ladies that had hospital deliveries wear?
I know, it sounds silly-but some women wear their own gowns, some women go with the ones the hospital provide. And then after the baby is born, they change into nursing gear-or do you change into the same gear you're going to wear home?

Do you even really care about what you look like? It's all about the baby at that point i'd imagine, lol

I wore what the hospital gave me, during and after the labor.

This time I'm bringing some pjs for after. They only checked me a few times, so I'd be able to just pull down my pants. But, I felt really uncomfortable getting out of bed in the robe.

I didn't wear a gown until a few minutes before they wheeled me down to the OR (I had a planned C-Section) and then as soon as I could walk I changed into a pair of PJ pants and a T-shirt until discharge. At discharge I just wore some of my SO's clothes home  

I wore hospital gowns my whole stay

i wore the hospital gown when i was in labor, trust me you dont care what you look like lol i didnt with my contractions. i changed into my nightgown the next day after i took a shower and i was much more comfortable. but you can do whatever you want i think? unless some hospitals dont let you wear your own clothes while your in labor?

I wore the hospital gown thru labor, delivery, Changed into a clean hostpial gown after I delivered. I would recommend using their stuff -- whatever you are wearing is going to get messy and gross. Better to tuin their stuff than your own!

I think the next day, I put on a pair of yoga pants and a t-shirt that I brought.

I was in a hospital. But I was Pre -E and the gown was so big it was annoying my blood pressure cuff so they took it off and I wore my tank top and socks  

I wore something comfy there but they just told me to put on what they had.  But I had IV and was monitored thru-out so maybe it was just easier for them.  You get to shower after and change into whatever.  You may be able to wear what you want if going naturally...  I hope to find out soon!!
