And, I don't know. I'd consider the CDC a true impartial source. They give nothing but documented facts.

true true, excellent point.... I guess I said that because they make it sound SO scary. As collen said though, they make the vaccine sound scary as well. But it IS new and the old one doesn't have the best track record. I'd pick one week of an illness over a lifetime disease of GBS

I just meant that it's not a pandemic that I am really concerned for to be honest. I don't think it's as bad as media makes it to be - super scary. I actually think there are other things out there that scares me more. I mean, anyone can die of anything, even strep throat (actually more deaths for that then h1n1).

idk I came from an era where we just need 12 vaccines. We all got chicken pox.... yes, some did die from it (like any other disease) but at least it's better to get it young because it's safer this way. My son is vaccinated and now I have to worry about him getting re-vaxed every 10 years and not many men go to well visits and it's sooo much worse when you are older. Some said that even though I got permanent immunity to chicken pox, I am suseptible to shingles... so what? So is my son.... that vaccine doesn't prevent that either.

And I am 100% like Colleen13 with last statement, especially Pro Informed Consent as well

What scares me about the vaccine is that they keep changing what they say about it.

Today it was reported here that now they are saying that everyone should get one dose of the adjuvanted vaccine. Yesterday they said that pregnant women should get one dose of the non adjuvanted, kids should get 2 of the adjuvanted and everyone else should get one of the adjuvanted. Between yesterday and today, they changed the amounts/kinds of vaccine people in higher risks groups should have. Shouldn't they have known that before starting it?

And there's the fact that a Canadian study was done that shows that people that have had the flu shot in previous years are more likely to catch H1N1 then people that didn't because they have no natural immunity. Makes me wonder if these problems aren't being caused because of over vaccination as opposed to people just getting over things like they used to.

That's cuz they get reports from VAERS and then they are like, maybe we should do it this way instead.... haha This vaccine is different than the others with testing. All of this is new.
