blocking user?

sounds very juvenille, yes. but is there anyway to actually BLOCK a user from seeing and posting on your threads? maybe its just the pregnancy hormones kicking in, but I have this lady who is just bashing the crap out of the 2 girls names I have picked out - I understand if I don't want peoples opinions I shouldn't ask for them, but I mean this lady is being just over the top ridiculously rude and has nearly put me in tears! Any help?
