WTF is wrong with my leg?

here is a little background story; when I was 30 weeks pregnant with my son I was out getting the mail and I started to walk over to the other side of the house. well theres this slope from our yard onto the alleyway and my leg locked up and I fell and got the wind knocked out of me. I called my OB and told him about it and he said as long as I wasnt having any pain then I was OK. so two days ago I am sitting down infront of my dads computer when the phone rang..I got up and started to take a step when I noticed something wrong with my hip but I wasnt quick enough to react and I took a step and fell to the floor. fast forward today, I cant feel my leg, I cant lift it up I need help getting my PJs on and when I walk my knee wont bend. I took Carson to see his pedi today and I told them about what was going on and the nurse said she would tell one of the specilist there about me and would give me a call tomorrow..what could this be from? I read that while on the depo shot it can cause bone lose and can kill muscles in the legs..could this have anything to do with my hip problem??
