when do the symptoms go away?

i was just wondering when you have a miscarriage, when do the
symptoms of pregnancy go away?
i had a miscarriage 2 1/2 weeks ago, at 7w2d
for the last week i have been feeling very nausous, tired, i keep getting headaches, and lil cramping.

i was suppose to go back to the dr last wednesday to check hcg levels
ect. but had to miss
my appt because my son has to go into the pedi.
and i have been real busy with school so havnt been able to reschedule
the appt yet.

They'll go away when your hCG levels drop low enough. The only way to tell whether they're still declining or if you got pregnant again (I'm assuming that's why you're asking) is to get them checked. Sorry I'm not much help

i was just assuming they would be down by now, i got my levels
checked 3 days after my mc and it was 600.
so i just thought it would be back down to 0, but i guess it may
not be yet.

Sometimes they take awhile. Mine were low when I miscarried and they cleared out fairly quickly. I would think that 2.5 weeks would be plenty of time, but you never know. You also could've gotten pregnant again so I'd get another test just to be sure. At least you have a base point, you know? You're either going to find out they're lower than 600 and you're close to being in the clear or you're higher than 600 and pregnant again. Either way, I hope it works out for you and you get some answers soon!

When I had my miscarriage, the day of my miscarriage, my boobs were no longer sensitive. But the other symptoms lasted until the day before the bleeding stopped.
I know it sucks to have all those pregnancy symptoms but know there isn't a baby in there anymore.
I'm so sorry for your loss.

I'm in a similar boat. I miscarried at 9 weeks almost a week ago, but they estimate my baby stopped developing around 6 weeks and so my HCG was still around that 6 weeks mark (2900) the day I miscarried. They are going down now, but I was told it could be as much as a month or as little as two weeks until I'm back to zero. Also, this is the time of the month I would normally get AF, so I'm not entirely such what symptoms are part of what process happening in my body. It's all very confusing.
