That is parniod or affrid for my child to sleep in a different room as us.I think of different things that could happen,plus his room faces the street like the front of our house.Any one else????

i have always ben nervous about my kids being far away from me at night. i am a really light sleeper though so that helps me feel better about it all. i just double lock the doors and now that we moved all rooms are on the same floor and really close to each other

you are not the onl one.. My son slept in his room for like two months when he was like 8 months but I couldn't handle it and i moved him back to our room he still sleeps in his bed in our room but not with us on our bed anymore because we co sleep with our daughter now

i dont have a very big room so im trying to imagine how ill fit a crib for my new baby and a toddler bed!!!!????

After I had my first I use to sleep in his room with him just in case something happened I would be with him. Then he got older and I had my daughter and I did the same thing. Its natural

It may sound really bad but some times they are randoming shottings in my neighborhhood so that is always scary for me.

I think I would never let my kids be alone lol. My sister lives in a bad neighborhood in California and she has 4 boys under 13. there have been shootings rapes child molesters in her apartment complex. she is always worried about the boys. They are trying to buy a house and get away from the bad neighborhood

yeah my neighborhood isnt the greatest but with all the issues with the market we wouldnt probably qualify for a loan right now so i just try to stay positive that i have my own home and a roof over my head! But we def want to get out of there.

yep i moved my sons toddler bed to my room &&when i hear helicopters within walking distance i move him to my bed so your not paranoid but i probably am lol ....we live in gated community with assigned parking lot security.......but stilll anything can happen @ this day in age!!
