C-Section "Pouch".. how can I be rid of it? :(

I'm going to be starting a work out routine... that I'm gonna have to stick with if I wanna be thinner for prom, graduation & Kaelyn's 1st birthday party. But everybody has been discouraging telling me that it'll never go away   and now I'm beginning to think it never will go away  

But... is there anyway to get rid of it??

Mine never went away. Well, I take that back haha, it is gone now, but I have a baby in there causing that.

You can't notice mine, it just went away for the most part on its own. You can see it if you really look though

Honestly, I don't really have one.

16 Months PP and its still very much there. I dont know what to do about getting it down.

You cant. Its impossible. I have a muffin top and i will always have it. My son is 5 years old... its still here. Shit. I've tried everything. I've dieted, starved, walked, ran and did all types of stuff. It never went away. Shit.

Losing weight takes time! It took you 9 months to put it on & sometimes it takes that long to get it off.
Are you talking about the area below your incision?

How depressed does that make me.. SO depressed.   lol. Ugh mine's not even like hugely bad, but I feel like it's growing everytime I eat. lol

My doctor said that a tummy tuck is the only way to fully get rid of it

Dont worry about it, I know everyone wants to look good for prom and grad. but dont stress yourself out. You can wear something to suck it in! Thats what Im going to do for my parents wedding in March lol
