re: C-Section "Pouch".. how can I be rid of it? :(

When you have a c-section it tears through muscle and skin. It really will never completely go away especially if you have alot of weight to lose, or gained a bunch during your pregnancy. It's loose skin and it just doesn't go away, sorry. I lost 80lbs and I still have it, had the beginnings of a six pack before I got pregnant again and yep... flap of skin still there!

I know exactly what you're going through! I had my daughter on nov 30, 2007 by c-section. I wanted to lose weight for prom most of all..lol. I started doing light crunches when i was 3 weeks pp. I healed very well and wasn't sore at all. But still know you're limits and be careful! I went on a stict diet of LOTS of vegetables and water/crystal light. And walking a lot helps too! And in about 4 months I looked pretty much like I did before I was pregnant. I have a picture of me on my profile at prom! It was great having everyone compliment me on how good I looked to have just had a baby! Good luck!!!!!!!

Hmm. Maybe were talking about two different things then. Because after my c-section I had a gut but that's practically gone. My stomach is flat, and when i sit down I just have a lil pudge not skin, so maybe I never got the flap.

yea, im thinking i didnt either cause i dont have a "flap" i have a bit of loose skin but nothing im concerned about. everybodys skin is different. if your healthy, your skin will be healthy and will bounce back, just different degrees for different people.

Not everyone gets it. If you have it, you'd know. LOL
