i need a quick and easy NOT GRILLED recipe for tuna steaks, stat!

BAKED TUNA STEAK

2 lbs. whole tuna
3 c. sherry wine
2 carrots, shredded
2 ribs celery, sliced thin
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Slice tuna into quarter portions and marinate in sherry 15 minutes. Place tuna portions on tin foil and spread carrots and celery evenly over fish. Wrap loosely in foil for baking. Bake 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Serve on warm plate and garnish with lemon slices.

Hmm. Let them sit in sweet onion vinaigrette for an hour. The place on parchment paper add some asparagus and a spoon of any kind of cream cheese then wrap tight and bake. I pre-Blanche my asparugus tho.

Put some butter in a slice of tin foil, add some spices and bake. That's what I do with samon. I put creole on my samon.

I just preheat the oven to 450, throw the tuna on some foil on top of a baking sheet, sprinkle olive oil, sea salt, pepper and fresh garlic on it, put some more foil over top of it and seal it up around the edges, toss in in the oven for 20 minutes and serve. Clean up is a snap too...just toss out the foil and you're done.Usually the pan doesn't even get anything on it.  YUM.

Damn it. Now I have to make fish for dinner. Look what you did Lana!
