While I do not think she is preggo you can feel kicks before 17 weeks. Some people feel flutters super early. I started feeling flutters at 11 weeks but this is my second baby I felt them with my first at 14 weeks.

I'm only going by what my doctors said. I felt my baby kick the other night and I'm 14 weeks but at the time i was only 11 weeks and the doctor said it would of been rare to feel him kick..
