Ohhh I know. Getting kids ready is hectic period. Throw in the enormous amount of winter stuff, it gets stressful .

I say always have a bag ready to go and keep in the trunk just in case there is an emergency, water, flashlights, batteries, radio, etc. I can't remember when it was. Maybe 2 winters ago when there were people stranded on Interstate 90 because of snow, some people were stuck overnight.

That is one of my worst fears!

Well it's official...the army is coming to move our stuff to WI!! we got our storage unit and everything..I'm so nervous to leave behind everything I know!!

Wisconsin is so different from Texas... I visited Waco once and i hated it .

i may still be here   dh is reenlisting soon though, but i am not sure when and where we will be moving... im guessing it will not be before march!

i cant stand the heat. The only way to survive it is to stay indoors and that sucks IMO
