Yay for me!!!! So excited!

just needed to gloat that I have lost 6 pounds in 6 DAYS!!! I walked 2.5 miles yesterday, 2.5 miles the day before and I walked 5.5 miles at 8:30am!!! Going to walk another 2 (hopefully) this evening   Just wanted to share

I ate SOOOOOOOO much junk   I didn't realise how much until I cut it out! So first off I have cut out ALL junk well I cheated and had a mini bag of choc buttons   , no fizzy, tons of water, walking, controling how many carbs I eat, calories etc and cutting down on portion size   wow taht seems like alot lol but it isn't as hard as I thought it would be!

You have to cheat every once in a while...lol It's good to see you're losing the weight the right way though.......that means it will stay off. Enjoy your walks today

thank you hun, I ahve over 100 lbs to lose   so I am hoping it c arries on coming off as quick! This time next week I would of lost almost a stone   I mean if I carry on losing a pound a day basically! That is ALOT!

sweeet!goood job! i need to get my ass outside and start running. its like impossible for me to find time lol ... but im determined to start running daily, starting this week

I know what you mean lol I walk REALLY eary in the AM and then in the PM, just got back from another 2 mile walk so that's 7.5 miles doen today
