Yesss wait a while. Two to three weeks should be ample time for your homones to raise, they double every two days. So just wait it out. Blood work is expensive if you don't have medical. And you don't want to get your hopes up   but good luck on TTC, and best wishes to you and your hopefully-full uterus!

Two weeks later, I went in, and they told me I was four weeks. By ultrasound.

Hahaha don't get me wrong, I see where you're coming from.
That week, I just had the feeling. I was throwing up too. Which the doctor said was my body kind of in shock not knowing whats going on.
