It's a bouncer with a thing underneith to put stuff? Pointless I think but you won't find many bouncers for cheaper than that. We got ours at ross for $20. It was a pink bright starts one.

neither of my boys have had a bouncer, they've had vibrating seats and LOVE them. that ones cool because it also rocks and i love the idea that it's up high. i get so tired of constantly bending way way over to do anything with them when they're in their seats.

I was looking at that one but it was before the price drop and didn't get it for that reason. My LO doesn't really care for vibration but our bouncy chair (it was a soft boppy one) was a life saver in the beginning since it was the only thing he would sleep in. I'd get if I was still pregnant.
