What can I make with? Recipes Please

Lol i dont feel like going shopping for dinner but what can i make with ground beef and potatoes i also have rice. Preferably a mexican dish but im open to anything!

If you have corn you can make sheppards pie! Your supposed to use creamstyle corn but regular corn will work too lol

Actually i just through in a couple things but he LOVED it lol even took the leftovers for lunch today.

I put 1/2 an onion in skillet with oil then put in 1 box fideo(its like thin spaghetti) added water and 1 can chicken broth, then i added a couple spoonfuls of conzomate, and salt. I also added a can of veggies and some chopped potatoes. Then i added the cooked ground beef and drained it It was delicious! lol
