Yep, I know a few people that have had issues with them. My cousins grandfather had a rag left in him when they removed half his lung, my SO's old neighbor had surgery to fix her broken leg, well she got an infection that they didn't take seriously and died from it and I can't remember what they did to his ex-MIL but I remember it not being right.
