Finish this line, My baby is....

I though this was an interesting obervation so I wanted to share and see how others are doing with feeling their babies move.
I'm 21 weeks now and started feeling my baby move back around 18 weeks. Normaly I can only feel him kick in the front of my belly, and untill last week he still perfered to stay very low and out front. But heres the thing my baby acctually kicks so hard already that my husband was able to feel him kick the very next day (from when I first felt him). Also some days he kicks so hard that I go home from work in pain because my poor little tummy muscles are getting a work out all day from the constant bettiing. I leteraly have no useful stomach muscles in my body be about 4 in the afternoon, and he chooses to kick the most when I'm standing.
However, with all of my wonderful experiances I have a friend that is two months ahead of me. We got the chance to talk bellies for a while last night. We got to talking about movements adn she looked at me almost appauled, when I told her how much he moves. She said she had only started feeling movements like that in the past week or so (she's about 29 weeks).
As we talked more I discovered yes she can fell her baby more than I can fell mine, but of couse her baby is bigger and starting to kick her ribs and spine and everything else. Sometimes thinking about it I don't want my baby to get any bigger. Afterall if he's already hurting me this much how am I going to fell when he can reach all the places that are suppose to hurt that much more.
When do you start felling you baby move and kick? When was someone else able to fell your baby move?

This is my first baby and I've noticed she seems to be more of a "tumbler". I feel movements but they aren't always kicks. When she does kick, she is strong, but a lot of the time it's more like my tummy feels like I'm on a roller coaster cause she is tumbling around. I started feeling "butterflies" around 14 weeks and my doctor swears that there was NO way I was feeling her move already. But, when I really started feeling definite movement around 18-20 weeks, it felt stronger but the same kind of "butterfly" feelings as 14 weeks. The sad thing is, my hubby didn't get to feel her for a LONG time after I started feeling her. She is one stubborn girl...every time her daddy tried to feel her move, she'd instantly stop. He probably felt her the first time at 30 weeks and he was SHOCKED at how hard the kick was...I think he was expecting taps, but my entire belly moves when she kicks. Being I am 32 weeks now, I am getting rib kicks all the time and it does get a little painful at times. But, I love feeling her moving and kicking!
wish you much luck!!!
