Toddler Finger Foods - need ideas.

posted 26th Oct
So Noah is now going through the want to feed himself stage, but he won't use a spoon or a fork, he will only eat things that he can pick up with his hands.

What are some of your lil' one's favorite foods that they can pick up themselves. For the majority, Noah has been eating:

-Pasta Pick-Ups (from the toddler section)
-Sandwhices (cut up into small pieces)
-Fruit Slices
-Cooked Baby Carrots
-Cooked Baby Corn
-Green Beans
-Chicken Tenders

I'm running out of ideas - any mom's want to give me some help. He's being a picky butt lately too.

Evan loves english muffins, toast, waffles, pancakes, turkey pepperoni, cheese, and everything else you listed. He basically eats what I eat, just in smaller pieces

Celery sticks(depending on age), grilled cheese cut in strips, cheese cubes, those are the only thing I can think of off hand from babysitting the twins. My LO is too young for that stuff so I don't have too much off the top of my head lol.

Scrambled eggs and waffles are good for breakfast, my son loves waffles with a fruit cup. He also eats french fries, grilled fish, pasta, pretty much anything that we eat that isn't too tough. He's even had fajitas, although it wasn't wrapped up of course, lol.

hmm my LO loves
*green beans
*bananas
*Ritz Crackers(Hint of salt-low sodium)...they barely have any salt on them and she can easily pick them up.(you should be able to find them in your local grocery(they have a light blue label)
*there's lots of stuff that you could try from the baby/toddler aisle...
there's these cereal bars my LO loves, lil crunchies(like cheese puffs), lil meat sticks(mini hot dogs)...
