Tampons after baby (tmi maybe)

posted 25th Oct
I have just started my second PP period. Two months ago when I got the first one, I used up the rest of the pads from my PP bleeding.

Well this time I bought tampons and it feels awful. It feels like it isn't in right and like it's halfway in/halfway out or something. I don't understand but if the next one I put in is like this too, I'm not going to be able to use them and I really hate pads,

Anybody else have this issue after having a baby? I just don't understand what's wrong. LOL

I used them right away but you might be getting the wrong size.

lol i had the exact same thing!! it would get really bad sometimes and send a pretty sharp pain. so i would alternate between a tampon and a pad. worked pretty good.

I wasn't able to use tampons comfortabley until I was 8 months pp. Size doesn't matter, it depends on your healing and how you tore. It takes time..

Well I am bleeding more heavily than my usual period so I used the highest absorbency. Maybe I'll try a regular next time. I took the other one out, couldn't hang.

Yeah I was thinking of trying the OB so maybe I could get them placed better or something.

I've had sex, it didn't hurt to put the tampon in, it just felt way in the way while it was in. I could hardly feel them before.

I just bought some generic ones, but they were the same as tampax.
