Ouch! Any ideas??? Idk

I gave birth to my stillborn Angel Sept 13...
but I woke up this morning with what feels like round ligament pains.
I had had my period for the first time on the 19 but it stopped after 3 days.
I cant figure out whats going on but it not comfortable it feels like my uteras is hurting...
Any ideas as to what it could be?
I couldnt be ovualting already could I?
Idk

Should I maybe call my doctor?
...Has anyone expierenced this?

I just got my first PP period, it started on Wednesday, stopped, and started again today. I've been really crampy too...maybe they just get weird when they start up again, but I would call your  doc.

I don't know but I still get pains sometimes but for some reason usually I get sharp pains in my cervix but occasionally I get the pulling pains in my belly. I never mentioned it to the doc but I think it's worth a call. Let me know you're ok later!
