**June 1-14 2010 Mommies**

So there are so many mommies in the June 2010 group, that I thought I would break it up a little, so that it's easier to keep track of what's going on with everyone.

It can be hard to stay in the loop when there are ten pages just from missing one day.

The soda-water also really helps with my gas

You're welcome! I know how you feel. I joined that group pretty early on, and at this point I'd have to spend an hour just reading up to feel like I had a clue to what is going on!!

I've been sick a lot too. I only vomitted once after eating potato broccoli cheese soup, but I've been super nauseous.

Our daughter have the same birthday!! My girl will be 5 next June!!

I'm heather and I'm due on June 12 with baby #1

Have either of you had issues with blood pressure lately?? Today I have had the hardest time with it. i keep on getting waves of being out of breath and lightheaded. I can't seem to shake it. I'm going to spend some time on my left side for a while just on the couch and relax, we'll see if that helps.

On a lighter side, I actually have a desire to eat today, which is a sign that the placenta is starting to take over hormone production. I hope this nausea is coming to a close!!

I'm Sam, pregnant with baby # 1 due on June 13! I've been nauseous and nothing sounds good but i'm really hungry, ugg! Double edged sword!

I too joined the June 2010 thread very early on, and it is very hard to keep up. I'm still going to try, but this thread is a good idea too so I'll be keeping up with both

Well im expecting baby #1 June 3 2010
I have mixed emotions..part of me is scared because my first pregnancy was a miscarriage....another part is overwhelmed because the father's modd swings are worse than mines[lol]....and of course im excited because im going to be a mom and i cant wait to meet my blessing from above!!!

So here is a list of things that I have found to help me out BIG TIME.

NAUSEA
Italian Ice, Lemon flavor
flavored soda-water
Squirt (not just 7-Up or sprite)
Walking outside

The soda-water also really helps with my gas   both with burping and with flatus. I don't know about you ladies, but I burp NON STOP when I'm hungry or when I'm nauseous.....so pretty much all day. lol.

If any of you find things that help, let me know and we can add them to the OP for reference.

I had problems with being light headed for a few days a couple of weeks ago. I'm a heavy back/tummy sleeper, I hate sleeping on my side, but my dr. said to stop sleeping on my back because it cutting the blood flow to my baby drastically and to not eat anything heavy a few hours before I sleep or nap. I had to buy one of those silly pillows, but it works. I haven't had any problems since.
