Glad to hear everything went well mama! Yay for lots of pictures!  

I'm glad everything loos good! Sort of a bummer about the due date moved back though, eh? Like it's hard enough to wait as long as we do, now they add on another WEEK?? lol

I haven't been on in a while, but I wanted to give an update. I've been nauseas as crap for the past two weeks, un able to get up from bed at all. So i went in for my monthly dr appoinment this morning and he sent me straight into the hospital. I've lost 15 pounds in less than three weeks and I'm severely dehydrated. So I'm here until I can keep solids down.

On the plus side, I did get another u/s today and the baby is wiggling around good with a heartbeat of 163bpm.

Well, i haven't been here in a few days and I see everyone giving updates so i figured I would too.
I went to the doc monday, and had awhole physical done and an u/s. baby's hb was 168, which means it went up from 130 which was what it was last week.
it measured a couple days small but that was fine the doctor said.
i just started feeling sick through out the day butno vomiting i just have really bad nausea.
we did get some not so good news.. my thyroid was way off when they did blood work, it's very hyperactive so they have to keep that monitered through out the pregnancy cause it could affect the babys thyroid and blood pressure, etc. not to mention i might not gain the weight i should.

thats scary everytime i go in they tell me my bp is high but then the dr says its fine.

it sucks but oh well. I think its just measuring small should grow pretty well within the next 4 weeks.

Well, I had my appointment this morning and it all went great! I did end up getting an u/s and one little picture! I will have to wait to post it til I get home though. The baby is doing great and they are sticking with June 8th as my due date. She said she only has 2 big concerns. #1 is that I delivered 4 weeks early with Dominic so she has to start checking me for dialation a lot sooner. #2 was that Dominic was 7 pounds when he was born and that was 4 weeks early. SO she said they will keep an eye on this baby's size. Which means I will get an extra u/s around 34 - 36 weeks!  

I am so bummed girls! On my lunch break I found out my son has croupe! He has been so miserable lately and DH finally took him in. They said it's not too bad yet but we have to keep an eye on his breathing. If he starts to have trouble we need to get him in right away so they can give him steroids! My poor lil man! It breaks my heart to see him so sick!!!

oh thats so sad! connor has had a runny nose today. i'm going to have to keep an eye on him. I think he might have caught something at the park yesterday. it was a bit breezy. he might have just got cold and its just sinus'. I have no idea what croupe is but i hope he gets better.

Hey ladies I'm new to this site but I'm due June 10th 2010, and my name is Kelley

today went really well. We did get a ghetto u/s to check for a heartbeat, so no pics, and it was external so we could hardly see anything, but still, there's a gummy bear in there!! lol. Next Friday we go in for the real deal. She gave me an antibiotic, a steroid, an inhaler, and she also put me on progesterone to ensure no miscarriage.

Croupe is basically a really bad cough that causes inflamation in his airways. He sounds miserable and I feel terrible because there is really not much I can do for him!

bundle him up and sit with him in front of the open freezer, or if it's cold outside take him outside, the chill will help out his cough a LOT

We have been bundling him up and taking him outside. It does seem to help a little bit. We also havea couple humidifiers going and bought cold medicine and baby vicks. I just hope he gets better soon. And to top it all off I am getting sick now too! I was up half the night coughing and just feeling like crap!
