Has anyone here tried it? I'm at Target debating on getting it or not.. If you've tried it, did you like it? Hate it? If you haven't, do you think you will? No one I know has tested it yet.. =/

No but I really want too! I have the other 2 kinds of the telescopic and I LOVE THEM!!! Best mascara ever! I say go for it. Can you return it to target if you don't like it, with the receipt? You can do that if you buy at ULTA!
