Is it dangerous to have a laptop sitting on my lap when I am pregnant?

Nope.. I use to lay down with the laptop on my belly.. My son would kick it, but once I got bigger I couldn't do it anymore.

I did, that and on my belly, until it got uncomfortable. Plus she would kick it!

Probably because it's been said (although, not proven), that sitting infront of a monitor while pregnant can cause some damage.
There's nothing wrong with asking your doctor.
