shoulder pain

I just woke this morning with a sharp pain, but more like a sharp soreness, in my right shoulder blade tip. I looked it up and ectopic pregnancy has this as one of the symptoms(but it says on the internet ectopic pregnancy occurs about 7 weeks and if im pregnant i'm not even close to that),but I don't have any bleeding (a little yesturday, just when i wiped), pain while urination, (or any other ectopic symptoms). well my boobs are hurting, pain in my rib.my lower back is also hurting.

Do you think it's from sleeping wierd?

Lower back, abdominal, or pelvic pain.
Shoulder pain. This is caused by free blood tracking up the abdominal cavity, and is an ominous sign.
There may be cramping or even tenderness on one side of the pelvis.
The pain is of recent onset, meaning it must be differentiated from cyclical pelvic pain, and is often getting worse.
