update on court

some of you may know the sitch and for those who dont, just dont ask k. anyways the in home assesment me AND eric are supposed to do is coming tommarrow well he had his and cancelled mine he told the guy we solved everything which was not true.
so its booked for tommarrow morning. and once he sees im obviously not crazy lol he will tell the court that I am stable and hopefully i can get full custody and nomore of this 50 50 bullshit.
yay im excited I just need to clean up a bit. but im soo glad its almost over.
