H1N1 SCARE

This information was just recently released regarding the H1N1 vaccine ....What do you ladies think??

I thought it was bull from the beginning. Still do.

I dont trust ANY vaccines ...

It isnt even about the vaccine, it is about the whole flu scare to begin with. It is no worse then the regular flu. Do we hear about all of the deaths from the seasonal flu each year? No. But it is more then the H1N1 deaths.

Yeah, I always believe the media over anyone else...  

That article is highly biased.

The fact is that they are still testing for H1N1...my niece just had it...and before she was diagnosed, they tested for it. She didn't just go in and say, "hey, I'm sick" and they said, "Oh you have h1n1."

It didn't work that way, whatsoever.

That the people who tested positive or probable for H1N1, more then likely didnt have it whatsoever.

hmmm... well i know some places if you have any of the symptoms they just automatically assume its the pig flu and give you the medicine to treat it.

Who knows though I guess.

Eh, I havnt been in the position and hope I wont be haha. I have a very good immune system. My husband keeps getting sick and if I catch it, I catch it for like a day and it is gone.

There have been quite a few cases of positive H1N1 tests that turned out to be false positives.

And a lot of these cases aren't even being tested because the test costs money, and takes 10 days to get the results, by which time most people are over it anyways.

Same here...I'm not too worried about it....I'm more worried for someone like my mother whose immune system is suppresed by chemotherapy drugs.
