not at 1 am. my fiancée will be home in about an hour, but my mom is sleeping, and that would be the only one i could call. but at least he will be home soon.

i dont think he knows that i even feel this way. he has been very supportive with other things so i would think he will be but im not positive.I havent told him about this at all this is the first day i think i admitted it to myself, he may be shocked but i think he will be supportive.

I dont know if your upset b/c you cant lose all the weight at one time or you have tried all the other options such as proper excercise and diet and nothing is working. it dosent happen overnight. alot of people say they are too lazy and have no motivation. If they dont have motivation then there just gonna be stuck being like they are unless they do something about it. Would you be satisfied if you were to lose 2 pounds a wk? if your over 200 pds with proper excercise and eating you WILL lose at least 2-3 pds a wk. thats how it was with me.

i got up to 200 at the birth of my son. i was 118 before having kids all together but i was sad about it too but i took it into my own hands and worked out and ate healthy most of the time im down to 140 after 5 mths pp. Also i had a thyroid problem from my first pregnancy that made it hard for me to lose weight but i took it upon myself to make myself happy and healthy and yes i do work out everyday unless im sick i do at least 30 mins on some days im busy and really tired to 2 hours on the days i have the most energy and time. It did not come easy for me. Yeah 5 mths and losing all that weight thats a hell of a job but when i was tired and felt like shit this is crazy i still stuck with it. I didnt allow myself to feel like I wasnt capable of doing something i knew i could. Im 23 if i dont get healthy now when im in my 30s and 40s it will be soo hard.

I know once u start doing a tv dvd for like 15-30 min a day, do some jumping jacks like 5 mins a day, lift weights like 5-10 min a day in the beginning, and do some squats and lunges for like 1-3 sets a day with a proper excerecise you will see the weight come off. I do all types of excercises. just running up and down the stairs is a workout. dance in your living room. there are so many helpful websites that will show you what not to eat. just look a tthe calories, sugar, and soduim on the back of the contents when you go grocery shopping it will ring in your head eventually what is healthy. you cant go wrong with fresh veggies, fresh fruits, lean protien grill chicken, ground turkey, lean beef, tuna, fresh fish, salmon. lowfat dairy fat free milk, lite yogurt, lite string chz, dessert skinny cow icecream, sugar free chocolate pudding, weight watchers desserts, whole grain bread, whole grain pastas. i promise you it takes time and the more you weigh now the faster the weight will come off b/c u have more to lose. Do it for yourself and your son. you can do it mama you just have to believe in yourself. it will not all come off at one time. dont be obsessed with the scale. inches matter just as much as pounds but you will lose when you hav a healthy lifestyle.

also i know you proabbly feel like the weight will never come off u just have so much to take off. if u need to cry and yell do it. sweat it out get your body puping and moving and yell to yourself when you feel like u cant take anymore and your body is so tired and tell yourself im the only one in control of my life im takin my life back. You will beat this. weight is only temporary it will come off. dont give up. its easier to give up then to stick to it. look at the biggest loser they are more then enough motivation. Your a mother you allready did the hardest thing ever you carried that baby for 9 mths and you gave birth to that beautiful baby boy and hes here. he needs you. Your not a bad mother. You are his only mother and he loves you but you have to love yourself. Find time to really look inside yourself and realize you are worthy and you are a supermommy and theres nothing you cant do. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

yeah its gonna hurt and yeah your gonna be in pain but that pain is good pain its temporary and in the long run your body will think you. your body is your temple and as long as you treat it right it will take you a long long way mama. good luck.
