36 weeks...dialated!

ok, so i go to the doctor on Monday,
i will be 36 weeks, and i think they are going to check me,
(or at least i hope she dose) and i was just wondering how
dilated you where (and if you are not pregnant) when you had your baby,
and if they did not check....
i don't want to get excited for nothing!

My doctor doesnt check until 38 weeks and sometimes not even until 39 weeks.

I was about a 1 and stayed that way till i was 39 weeks and went to like 1 and half, when i got induced at 41 weeks i was still 1 and half and i was in labor for 20 hours dialted very VERY slow

I was 1 cm @ 35 & 36 weeks

i just had my 36 week check up today. i am 1 cm dillated. with my first child i was 0 at this point.. i was only 1 cm at 41 weeks when my water finally broke lol.

Drs dont normally check until 38 weeks.

With my first I stayed at 3cm for 2 weeks and had to be induced
With my second I was 1cm for maybe 3 days and went into labor 4cm when I got to the hospital

when i had my 1st baby i was never checked..i dont know why even wheni went to labor and delivery nobody every told me how much i was dilated... i went into labor at 37 weeks tho so my OB didnt have time to check but i thought it was weird that even when i was in labor nobody ever told me..

please try to keep your little one in as long as possible.. the books tell us that 36 or 37 weeks is full term. but there are still alot of risk that accure during those two weeks

im 1cm & my cervix is soft..my midwife swears im going to have this baby no later then 38 weeks...blah all we can do is sit and wait

I'm 39 weeks, I had to ask them to check me aaand i'm a fingertip dialated and 60% effaced Lol

My doctor starts checking at 36 weeks. I had my 36 week appointment on Wed. I'm not dilated at all yet.  My doctor said it will start soon though.

Lol I hated not knowing anything until today. Urgh, and then I was only a fingertip haha that was a kick in the pants

I was so excited when my doctor told me that I was going to start to get checked at 36 weeks. I went into the office and they told me that he just went to the hospital to deliever a baby and that I needed to come back next week. I finally got checked at 37 weeks and was 1 cm dialated 80% effaced. The next week I went in I was 37 weeks 6 days I was 1-2 cm dialated 90% effaced. I went into labor 2 days later.
The day I went into labor I went into the hospital and they sent me home because my cervix wasn't changing. I was 2 cm and 100%. I went back to the hospital 2 hours after they sent me home and was already 4 cm. I was in labor for a total of 4 1/2 hours with my first child!! I couldn't believe how fast I went and that I was 2 weeks early with her!!

i was in labor for 43 hours on pitocin with my water broke & at a 2cm and nothing happened

My water didn't break until I was 9 cm.
