well my water broke at 2 but i wouldnt dilate any further than that. they told me i was a 3 a week before it broke but then they told me 2 at the hospital

Well, if your water is still intact then it can make you seem like you are dialated more. Once it breaks all of the pressure from your bag comes off your cervix and you can actually go back a cm. Thats normal really. Also you can regress in dialating to...

yea.. i just didnt think it was normal to stay at 2cm for 43 hours after your water breaks and your on pitocin

Well some women start dialting and just dont progress after a certain point either. It just depends on the person and how their bodys react to labor.

Also I am just curious. It doesn't say that you have any children as of now besides that you are expecting at the moment. I was just wondering if your water has broke...and they tried to induce you and it didn't work...so you are what??? I am just wondering...

oh i had to have a c section after 43 hours due to the fact i got a fever and they were worried he would get an infection

I got checked at 36 weeks and was a 1 1/2 dialated and already 60% effaced.

well i went in Monday! im still at 0!   nothing at all!
guess my little man wants to cook a little longer!
oh well!
