Boo At The Zoo

Today SO an I are taking Our daughter to Boo at the zoo along with my mom an sisters an their families. out of alll the days today it RAINS! my daughter has her little heart set on going! its about 60 outside, its not pouring but it hasnt stopped raining since late last night! some of the activities are outside an some are inside, but all i keep thinking about is the terrible cold we will all have after going. we bought the tickets in september an they are nonrefundable... ughhh im so confused on going or not! what would you ladies do?

We were going to go to our Boo at the Zoo tonight as well (can't go ANY other night b/c I have to work) but it's raining here too so we're not going.

Sorry, no advice, but I feel your pain!

lots of umbrellas   that way you dont get wet -> sick. i hope if you guys go you have lots of fun! we thought about taking my daughter to that here, but last time i went to the zoo a few weeks ago i started almost passing out every 100 yards or so, so its a no go lol. enjoy it for us

I hope the rain goes away for you LO as well as ours! We are planning to take him to the boo at the zoo on Sunday. They do so much at the Philadelphia Zoo but according to the weather, it's supposed to rain tomorrow, so who knows how Sunday will be!

thats what i was thinking, we are gonna put her in a stroller so she will be covered for the most part, she is being cinderella an i got a cute little pj outfit to put under it. an a coat so she will be warm, we have never been to anything like this so i really want to take her.. i just hope it stops raining!

yea the weather said it was suppose to rain thursday -sunday, it didnt rain at all yesterday until late late last night so i thought maybe we were in the clear. butttt the rain is still coming down! it doesnt start until 6 so maybe it will clear up a little! i hope soo an i hope it doesnt rain for the sake of your LO =]

I would still go, lol. Id bring an umbrella.

Hopefully the rain will die down over there, like you said, you still have a few hours before it starts! Our Boo at the Zoo is 10AM-4PM.. I have no idea why so early.. lol

oh wow that is early, ours is sold out already. its from 6-9pm. i will just have to bundle her up, i know she will have a blast! i knew there was a reason why i shouldnt have told my daughter lol. wouldnt be that bad not to go. but thats all she is talking about! every hour is it time yet mommy lol

mmm rain coats or smocks, only indoor activities, I tink theyd be fine if tey are indoors

In our town we call it the Zoo Boo GO!! we need fun to!! and if its a meess..u dident stay home!!

well ladies we went! an it sprinkled a couple times but didnt pour until we were leaving! it wasnt cold an the kids had a blast! here are some pictures!

That is the problem I had when we were getting ready to go to Spooktacular at our zoo. On the news it was suppose to pour down rain that night and when we finally got there... It started to rain a little but then it stopped.   It didn't start pouring down rain until after we got home and Kaitlynne had fun.
