Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

I am EXHAUSTED! I am going to end up having a mental breakdown soon. I need a break! I NEED SLEEP!!  
My 10.5 month old still requires a 2am bottle   I'm done asking for advice because nothing is working. This is a vent. Lol
I try giving him water, which works at his 12:30am screamfest & anytime after the 2am bottle. (yes, he wakes up 2-3 times a night, no exceptions)
But at 2am, water just makes him scream louder. So I try ignoring it. I let him CIO for 30 minutes.... then an hour the next time.... the other night, I just tried to keep sleeping. For 2 hours, I drifted in & out of conciousness while my son screamed his head off. At 4am, I finally got up & made him a bottle.
I have no idea what I am supposed to do! He can eat a ton of dinner & still wake up. He can eat a huge bowl of oatmeal before bed& he'll still wake up.
I'm at the end of my rope with him. I really am. I haven't been able to sleep more than 4 hours at a time in almost 11 months. This is nuts

you just described my daughter. i don't even bother cio with her because it doesn't work. I just get her up while she is crying because when she stops crying, she plays in her crib and i'll never get her back down  and i give her a bottle.

  im sorry. i know its frustrating, my daughter will be a year in a couple weeks and still wakes up for a bottle, but ive realized im not gonna sleep anyways since ive have another one the way, so i just blink my way in and give a bottle. i think im so used to not sleeping i dont know what id do if i slept through the night. maybe in a couple years ill remember.   i havent had a good night sleep in over 3 years.

I have not been able to sleep for longer than 4 hours in 10 months. I just get up and give her a bottle. I would never be able to listen to her scream like that. She only sleeps for 10 hours a night and gets up 2-3 times. Some days she doesnt even take a nap during the day. I figure that i will never get to sleep ever again. I find that when i give up the hope that i will sleep, i feel much better about it.

I feel your pain hun...MaKenna is the EXACT same way, i think it has to do with their low weights..i think that because they have a super fast metabolism, not matter how late they eat they are still hungry a few hours later...thats why i dont let MaKenna CIO because i know she is hungry

LOL same here, i have not had a good nights sleep in nearly 7...sigh

Most of the time, I think that I'm used to it & that its okay... annoying, but I'm fine. But then I have these days (like today) where I just can't function & my head hurts because I'm so freaking tired! I could NOT drag my butt out of bed this morning to take my DD to school.
I think its time for Chase to spend the night at Grandma's again!

Thats what I just have to assume too.
I refused to let him CIO before, since he wasn't even on the charts. But now that he is (in the 5%) then I just wanted to try & see how it went. But apparently he actually IS starving & I don't have a choice.

I can't even imagine. Matt & I definitely don't get to spend enough time together because of his work schedule, so my mom takes the kids maybe once or twice a month for an overnight. I would lose my sanity without it!

I really think that is it though, i really think they are starving, well not "Starving" but their bodies go through the food so quick that they are hungry much more often than the "normal" baby..BTW MaKenna is FINALLY on the charts too! 1% lol

i love the weekends, cause my husband gets up with them but within a hour or so they are whining for mommy. but that hour sure is nice. i still get up with the at night though. i dont mind it since ive been doing it so long, the worst is when you are juuuust falling asleep and "whaaaaaaaaaaaaa" i HATE that.

IT was finally at 10 months where I couldn't handle it anymore. I talked to my pedi and did CIO and I never stopped, the first night took 3 hours, but I went in every 5 mins. for 3 hours, lay her down gave her her soother told her I lvoed her and left. Next night 2 hours, again going in every 5 mins. Next night about an hour and the third about 20 mins. She has been a great sleeper since. The trick is even if it takes 10 hours don't give in, but I don't believe in just letting them cry I think you should go in every 5 and that is exhausting but it did work.
