Help!!! Please!!! is my 13 month old autistic? or something

My son wont stop hurting himself and laughing about it he shoves his fingers down his throat over and over gagging himself til he throws up or turns blue and now hes recently started ripping out handfulls of his own hair i thought maybe it was him just being a baby but he hits himself in the face til it turns red and attacks me when i try to stop him he leeps for my face to hit me or scratch me and he screams when he misses im soo scared something is wrong the last time i told his pediatrician he was being really aggressive and attacking me she said it was normal??? any advice is greatl appreciated

talk to his pedi, sorry but we can't give you a diagnosis over the net, GL though.

You need to get a second opinion with a different pediatrician.

I would definitely go to his pediatrician and let her know about everything. If she keeps telling you it's normal, try to get a second opinion.

I don't know but my daughter is 10 months and she has been starting to pinch me real hard I don't know what to do, I don't think she understands that it hurts me and she latches on and doesn't let go

IDK what to tell you about that, but why would you think it's Autism? 

Was he always this aggressive? Or is this a sudden thing?  
There's other symptoms to autism like basically no eye contact, pointing or gesturing, social aspects.....

Don't ask me why..... wasn't THAT bad but my son got really aggressive when on cows milk..... I think he got stomach aches but got really angry about it.... yours sounds different but just throwing that one out there

oh and at 13 months my son was pretty violent too, he would run into walls head first, still does sometimes.

Some children with autism throw really bad temper tantrums..... and hurt themselves....

not really, they ARE signs of autism, why is it "super" odd?

no he used to be soo sweet it scared me it started about a month ago

like i said i dont think but i have NOOOOOOOOO idea what even the slightest symptons of autism are. its just odd to me. my daughter did those exact things. its just odd that she would just come out and say that and not have dr opinions nothing..
