my oldest son has autism, they diagnosed him at 2 1/2,i never got any eye contact from him or when calling his name never turned around, he loved putting his toys in a straight lines, and has speech delay, he use to spin around in circles and use to brush side to side when against the wall, those were my first signs that something was not quite right, but he never had tantrums or hurt himself, ,he is 13 years old now.....

My 14 months old youngest son, if i call his name he turns around and looks at me, he has started to point to things, and he looks atme in the eyes when you sing to him or talk to him......

like alot of people have said just get sec opionion, i dont give my 14mths lo whole milk as it was giving him really bad stomach cramps,

Thank u all that gave advice i was wondering though what if the no eye contact is because something else is entertaining like he looks at my facial piercings and he does everything else so normal like trying to talk walk climbetc idk im still ging to ask another dr. i just think maybe i can try stuff to get him to respond :/
