Are you doing other things? I am trying to eat smaller portions and choosing better foods, but it's hard! For some reason I crave cake all the time since giving birth to my LO.

I wouldn't be surprised if you were more fit, everyone is amazed by how out of breath I get from the simplest things   and I am not sure why. You can do it though, once you get started just go go go! I find that starting is the most motivating factor for me, you put yourself in control of the situation and it is empowering to know that YOU are making the change and it is SO possible!

yeah trying to eat healthy.

before I was probably almost 3000.

I JUST FINISHED LEVEL ONE, I THINK I'M GOING TO DIE.. LMAO.
soooo tough.
Some stuff I couldnt do, maining because of my knees & my size.
So I tried a bit, and then jogged on the spot for the few I couldnt do.

I do it every other day, and yes I'm sticking with it.
I'm not doing to today thought because I just got my H1N1 vax

But I've lost 4 lbs!

thats awesome!! not bad for the short amount of time not bad at all!! after my 3rd today out of curiousity i flexed my arm muscle and there was a definition bump!!! i was so excited i was like.... OMG I'VE NEVER HAD ONE OF THOSE BEFORE!!! shows how horribly i've always been out of shape lol

haha yeah its a good feeling.
I wish I could do it everyday, but its hard being my size and everything.
I do go for 30mins and hour walks on the days I don't do the workout.
